Laboratory Diagnosis
Thanks to modern equipment and next-generation analyzers, the Laboratory Diagnostic Service performs biochemical, clinical, immunological, hormonal, and serological tests on various biological samples. The laboratory also operates an emergency diagnostic system for patients in the resuscitation and emergency care units.

Laboratory diagnostics in Yerevan

In the microbiological laboratory, tests are carried out to identify microflora and diagnose various intestinal infections, pseudotuberculosis (Yersinia), brucellosis, ureaplasma, diphtheria, anaerobic infections, pertussis, and others.

Within the Laboratory Diagnostic Service, a wide range of comprehensive diagnostic tests is performed, including:

  • General, clinical, and hematological tests
  • Biochemical studies (including lipids, pigments, electrolytes, carbohydrate metabolism, blood enzymes)
  • Blood coagulation tests
  • Serological studies (blood group and Rh factor determination)
  • Immunological diagnostics for infections, chronic diseases, and tumor markers
  • Hormonal assays
  • Pregnancy screening
  • Chemical and microscopic analysis of biological fluids: urine, stool, saliva, exudates and transudates, semen, and genital secretions, with detection of protozoa and helminths
